Greetings to all in the Name of our Lord and a great welcome to
our new subscribers!
It is a privilege to join you once again, one we never take for
granted. Our communications to you are always preceded by prayers
of gratitude and guidance.

"Stand firm in your faith." (1 Cor. 16:13)
"Our Lord, 'Accepting Jesus' are such trite words, not
appropriate to Your majesty, love, power and Who You essentially
are. In the same sense, I would not say I accept Your
forgiveness, or I accept Your creative wonders, or I accept Your
incomprehensible sacrifice, or Your drinking of the tremendously
bitter cup of our sins and egocentricity, or that I accept Your
gift of freedom and love. Acceptance implies a one-way
transaction; it implies that I am in charge. Who am I to talk
like that to You, Whom all of creation and all of the heavenly
realms cannot contain. Let me learn more how accepting You means
accepting all of You. It means accepting Your cross as well as
Your liberation, accepting Your admonishments as well as Your
blessings, Your enemies and well as Your friends, Your demands of
me, my total surrender of all I have and am to You. It means
accepting the death of my old life and Your demand for obedience
in my new life in You. Do we, Your children, really understand
what it means to 'Accept Jesus'?" (Excerpts from our Easter
Celebration Prayer to be published April 19.)

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature;
the old has passed away; behold, the new has come." (2 Cor.
5:17)
Our Christian web site feature this week is
Ministry of Helps
<http://www.gospelcom.net/moh/>
The Ministry of Helps presents a wide variety of resources and
writings to help you become a better servant of Christ and
ambassador of His kingdom. Review "The Daniel Files,"
Bill and Winkie Pratney's latest discipleship manual and the
RealMedia versions of Pratney's teachings! Leadership resources,
Bible study aides and even Christian fiction (such as the
delightful Christian version of Star Trek) are food for the soul.

3. ~~ ** Prayergear.com Product and Service Updates ** ~~
The murder of JonBenet Ramsey and subsequent controversies
commanded this nation's attention over the past three years. Just
recently the parents were interviewed on a national TV
newsmagazine for their "side". However, even the most
responsible TV broadcasts are edited down from hours of tape to
fit the media format. We are now distributing "The Death of
Innocence" written by the Ramseys, which tells of their
faith in God, their trust in His control of all things and their
relationship with Him that sustains them. We have also added the
new release, "What the Bible Says About...Suffering", a
great resource for use in Bible studies in the church and home.
Both these books can be found at
www.prayergear.com/rbt.html
along with many other useful and inspirationally instructional
literature.
It's approaching graduation time in many schools and two new
additions to our practical gift inventory are the Student Plan-It
Calendars (College/high school level and middle/junior high
level.) Check them out and others at
www.prayergear.com/cs.html
Finally, Easter will be followed by a day honoring the 4th
commandment, Mother's Day. We have created an entire separate
page featuring Biblically based gifts for your mothers. (Of
course, great gifts for loved ones for Easter and Mother's Day
can be found on every page of our products site.) Check out

Thank you for your patronage and support of our ministries.

4. ~~ ** Let us know! ** ~~
"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ
Jesus." (Philippians 2:5)
One of our subscribers and dear friend suggested we share this
pertinent web site with you in the name of these sacred days of
Lent and Easter preparations. She writes, "I do not
'decorate for Easter' with bunnies and chicks and the like. But
when I saw this site this morning with the 'no bunny zone' I got
such a kick out of it. Enjoy!"
http://www.njwebworks.net/easter/index.shtml
This site is indeed delightful, light and heavy at the same time.
We did enjoy and learn from it, and we trust you will too. Thanks
for letting us know!

5. ~~ This week's Weekly Reflection follows below ~~
Please encourage others to subscribe! Share this newsletter with
many of your friends and help spread the word. That's our only
means of growing and reaching more people, your recommendations
to others. We'll talk to you next week, unless, of course, you
email us before then! We are blessed to hear from you!
"You are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are
fellow citizens...and members of the household of God."
(Ephesians 2:19)
